ON THE ISSUE OF THE LEGAL NATURE AND PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING PERMISSION BY PARENTS FOR THE ACCOMPANIMENT OF MINOR CHILDREN BY THIRD PARTIES AND FOR TEMPORARY STAY WITH THEM

In this article, the author has attempted to propose his own way of resolving the existing problem in law enforcement related to the legalization through notarization of the relationship of accompanying a child by third parties in the absence of their parents. As a result of the conducted research, it was concluded that it is unacceptable to certify any transactions aimed at transferring parental authority, as well as the possibility of notarizing a contract for the provision of child support services by third parties, as well as certifying the authenticity of the parents’ signature on a document representing a unilateral permission to accompany children by third parties.
