Application method of short conductor grounding module in miniaturized substation grounding network
Miniaturized substation grounding networks commonly use copper as the grounding conductor material, which is more expensive compared to galvanized steel. To reduce the use of copper grounding conductors and improve the economy of the grounding network, a short conductor grounding module is introduced in this paper to carry out the material-saving design of a miniaturized substation grounding network. Based on the moment method grounding simulation method, the simulation analyzes the flow consumption effect of different forms of short conductor grounding modules, and determines the optimal structural parameters of short conductor grounding modules. The application method of a short conductor grounding module in the material-saving design of a miniaturized substation grounding network is proposed. Calculation examples show that, to ensure the equivalence of safety indexes of the grounding network, after adding the short conductor grounding module, the copper consumption of the grounding network is saved by about 30.49%. The application method of this paper ensures that the grounding network meets the requirements of safety parameters while maximizing the amount of consumable materials saved, and improves the economy of miniaturized substation grounding design.
