Research on Multi-Target Tracking Data Source Optimization Method Based on Improved Prospect CRITIC-TOPSIS Model

In order to select the optimal trajectory among multiple main station equipment for multi-target tasks, traditional methods require a high level of business capability from commanders and operators through the decision-making of tracking curves. This paper adopts the CRITIC method to comprehensively measure the objective weight of indicators based on the comparative intensity of evaluation index data and the conflict between indicators. The TOPSIS evaluation method is used to construct positive and negative ideal solutions, judge the distance between the target and the positive and negative ideal solutions, and comprehensively determine the radar tracking ranking scheme. The prospect theory is used to construct the psychological characteristic model of the commander, improving the judgment criterion of the distance between the target and the positive and negative ideal solutions in the TOPSIS model to the prospect value judgment criterion of comparative scores, and realizing the quality assessment of radar tracking trajectories at the center level based on the relative profit-loss ratio, thus optimally generating a continuous and smooth comprehensive trajectory.
