Advanced Machine Learning Techniques for Forecasting Financial Market Trends and Volatility
The existing culture where information is the key source of making financial decisions has placed emphasis on the relationship of sentiment and market as most important as ever. This paper looks specifically at the combination of top-notch ML and SA methods for the purpose of exploring up and coming avenues in the transformation of the fluctuations in the financial market. The purpose of this research is to find out how sentiment analysis and cutting-edge ML methods may work together to predict the direction and volatility of financial market movements. With the help of 42,110 daily samples of financial news, the study investigates the significance of the sentiment to the market and proves the superiority of LSTM networks over RNN and GRU networks. The research shows that LSTM has better prediction accuracy than other methods with a R2 value of 97.9 and MAE of 17.689, according to a thorough performance assessment that uses important metrics like RMSE and MAE. It may provide a lot of help to financial analysts and investors in enhancing financial forecasting by integrating sentiment analysis with ML as per this study.
