Vehicle Magnetorheological Semi-Active Suspension Variable Theory Domain Fuzzy Control
In order to improve the safety and stability of the vehicle when entering the corner, the variable discourse domain fuzzy control strategy is introduced based on the adjustable damping characteristics of the semi-active suspension of magnetorheological(MR) damper. For this purpose, vehicle magnetorheological semi-active suspension dynamic model was constructed and the suspension forces at four wheels were obtained by combining the control algorithm and decoupling operation. The software was used to simulate and analyze the vehicle magnetorheological semi-active suspension on the C-class road surface, and the suspension performance was evaluated by the body vertical acceleration, suspension dynamic deflection and side inclination acceleration. The results show that compared with the passive suspension and the suspension with fuzzy controller, the suspension performance of MR Semi-active suspension system with variable discourse domain fuzzy control is significantly improved.
