Application of Key Technologies of Collaborative Networks in Intelligent Manufacturing

Intelligent manufacturing is an extension and expansion of the intelligent transformation of modern manufacturing industry, and collaborative networks are the infrastructure for promoting intelligent manufacturing services. In the traditional manufacturing network system, the design network is used to complete procurement and information modeling, while the production network is used to complete product and process modeling. These two networks are mutually isolated and cannot be connected, which affects the development of intelligent manufacturing. Collaborative networks not only have the function of integrating design networks and production networks, but also have the advantages of reducing development cycles and improving manufacturing efficiency. They can achieve the goal of collaborative work by relying on data generated throughout the design, manufacturing, and management process. In this context, this article conducts research by analyzing the research background, development history, information transmission problems, and security challenges of intelligent manufacturing collaborative networks, proposing a problem description and construction path for intelligent manufacturing collaborative networks, and presenting the design ideas of intelligent manufacturing collaborative networks based on SDN.
