Research and Implementation Based on the Automated Testing Technology for Mass-produced Aerospace Products
In this paper, automated testing technology was comprehensively investigated to address the challenges remaining in traditional manual testing of mass-produced aerospace products. The software portion of the testing system was developed upon the foundation of the original testing system. Subsequently, in combination with hardware interface devices, the automated testing technology for pulse loads was incorporated into the testing system, substituting the traditional manual testing methods. Ultimately, fully automated and intelligent testing of mass-produced aerospace products was achieved, which enhanced the testing efficiency and eliminated potential risks resulting from human operations. For massproduced aerospace products, this effectively saved time costs, ensured product production progress and quality control, and improved the reliability and safety of the testing system.
