Research on Optimization Deployment Method of Relay Network in Hydraulic Gate Opening and Closing Operation Scene
In complex and severely obstructed outdoor conditions, the intelligent operation of hydraulic gantry cranes relies on the establishment of a highly reliable distributed sensor network. Given the demand for long-distance, lossless transmission of sensor data in such operational scenarios, this study proposes a mathematical model to quantify the interruption probability within relay networks. The objective is to reduce the frequency of network interruptions and optimize the configuration of relay nodes by establishing an appropriate optimization deployment framework. To effectively address this multi-objective optimization problem, this research improves upon the classical Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) and validates the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method through empirical case studies. The results indicate that the approach presented in this study can significantly reduce failure rates in relay networks while maintaining relatively low deployment costs, thereby providing effective support for the intelligent application of hydropower equipment.
