Uncertainty Operation Optimization Technique for Distributed Photovoltaic Integration into Distribution Networks
With the increasing scale of distributed photovoltaic integration into distribution networks, the uncertain fluctuation characteristics of PV output power under power reverse feeding conditions result in frequent fluctuations in the operational status of distribution networks. To ensure the operational stability of distribution networks, an uncertainty operation optimization technique for distributed PV integration into distribution networks is proposed. The decision variables are selected as the points of common coupling and capacities of distributed PV power stations connected to the distribution network. Stochastic programming theory is utilized to calculate the uncertainty of PV active power, establishing a coordinated optimization model for distributed stochastic active and reactive power in distribution networks, thereby achieving uncertainty operation optimization of distribution networks. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively enhance the stability of PV generation power, improve voltage control performance, shorten response time, and reduce annual operational line loss costs in distribution networks.
