Fixed-time Attitude Synchronization of Non-Identical Satellites with Unknown Dynamics Using Neural Network-Based Impulsive Control

This research focuses on a synchronization method between two non-identical satellite systems under the influence of uncertain disturbances. For ensuring the attitude synchronization in the framework of unknown dynamics, the radial basis function-based neural network is used here. The impulsive control strategy with time delay exhibits a fixed time synchronization process which makes the proposed control strategy acceptable for real-time satellite functions under strict time constraints. Additionally, the attitude surface functions are defined in a way that the system's response is rapid in the presence of both small and large errors. The system's stability is shown by Lyapunov analysis and the efficiency of the controller is confirmed by conducting numerical simulation results.
