Design of the control system of the harvester threshing drum
In the context of modern agricultural development, the pursuit of enhanced efficiency and reliability in harvesting machinery has become a crucial focus. In this study, an innovative harvester threshing drum control system was proposed with the overarching aim of optimizing operational efficiency and substantially reducing the failure rate of the threshing drum. The design philosophy underpinning this system emphasizes intelligence and modernity, with the driving speed being identified as the principal adjustment parameter. By conducting rigorous verification of the fuzzy PID algorithm and in-depth analysis of experimental results, it was conclusively confirmed that the system exerts a significant and precise control effect on the rotational speed of the threshing drum. The experimental outcomes unequivocally demonstrate that the fuzzy PID controller exhibits rapid response capabilities and outstanding dynamic performance even when subjected to external interferences. This not only offers a practical and feasible pathway for the advancement of intelligent harvesters but also holds great significance for the continuous improvement of agricultural mechanization, potentially revolutionizing the way harvesting operations are carried out in the field.
