An Analysis of the Current Situation of Foreign Minimum Communications

As the nerve center to guarantee all kinds of information systems, communication system must ensure unblocked at all times. As the last guarantee to ensure unblocked communication, communication system plays an important role. This paper analyzes the construction, use and development of the minimum communication system in the United States and Russia, aiming to give some enlightenment to the construction and development of our country.
