Design of FPGA-based PCIe_SRIO conversion
In order to meet the data interaction between PCIe bus and SRIO bus, a PCIe_SRIO conversion design with flexibility and portability based on FPGA implementation is studied. The design is based on the PCIe interface to realize the interaction between the CPU chip and the FPGA chip. The FPGA realizes the mutual conversion between the PCIe interface and the SRIO interface and distributes the data to multiple SRIO devices for processing through the SRIO switch. This paper also introduces the architecture of this PCIe_SRIO conversion design, describes in detail the functions of each module of the architecture, and gives the functional simulation as well as test result. The achievement solves the interface conversion problem between PCIe interface and SRIO interface, which is a reference for inter-board data transmission.
