The research on the intelligent substation equipment operation and maintenance monitoring system
Currently, automated equipment operates in a "black box" state, and maintenance personnel can only take emergency measures after an anomaly occurs, lacking technology for real-time status monitoring of automated equipment. A monitoring system for automation has been designed, which can monitor the operating status, software, and key process states of primary-side equipment in real-time, and proposes a cyclically dynamic polling strategy. Real-time analysis of the equipment's operating data allows for the assessment and prediction of the operational status, enabling early warnings for abnormal conditions. Anomalies can be directly displayed on the maintenance master station, realizing the real-time monitoring and fault warning of the automated equipment at local substations from the maintenance master station. Finally, the application effects of the maintenance monitoring system are demonstrated.
