Design of Low-IF Receiver for Phased Array Application

Aiming at the needs of phased array field, this paper designed a S-band low intermediate frequency receiver which can directly process wide-band signals. Based on the hybrid integrated design scheme of active component selection and passive component design, through simulation, optimization and sample test, the gain of low intermediate frequency receiver is better than 28dB, and the noise figure is less than 3.5dB. The simulation and test results are in good agreement.
