Holographic Display of Wavefront Reconstruction Based on Computer-generated Hologram Recordings
Wavefront reconstruction is a powerful technique for accurately restoring all information about an object, with holography being the most effective method for achieving this. In this paper, we propose a reflective holographic wavefront recording optical system that expands the space-bandwidth product (SBP) using spatial multiplexing technology. This approach enables the recording capacity of holograms that far exceed the display capacity of a spatial light modulator (SLM), and facilitates high-resolution wavefront reconstruction of virtual objects. Using computer-generated hologram algorithms, the wavefront encoding of virtual objects is achieved, and high- resolution holograms are recorded. The holographic reconstruction image displayed on the SLM is passed through a 4f system and used to extract the wavefront information of the object. Experimental results show that under reconstruction light illumination, the holographic plate successfully reconstructs the wavefront and displays the virtual object. The SBP of the reconstructed image significantly exceeds that of a single SLM.
