Method for predicting the demand for energy metering materials based on weight allocation

In response to the problem of poor performance in predicting the demand for electric energy metering materials and the need for a large amount of computing resources in existing technologies, this paper proposes a weight allocation based method for predicting the demand for electric energy metering materials. Starting from the annual consumption, the method gradually assigns weights to each month, unit, and type of materials. Suitable for calculating the material consumption of power supply stations in various situations, with a simple and reliable calculation method that meets both the annual forecast for procurement needs and the monthly forecast for delivery.
