Optimization of The Regional Power Balance Method through Flexible Resource Cooperative Distribution Network
Under the background of new power system construction, the large number of new energy and flexible load access leads to the continuous differentiation of distribution network morphology. Power balance is becoming increasingly difficult. This paper proposes a partition balance method of distribution network based on flexible resource collaborative optimization. A balance system combining the whole network and partition balance of distribution network is established. Through the collaborative optimization of flexible resources such as energy storage and demand side response, the partition power balance is realized. Firstly, typical load scenarios are extracted based on the improved K-means algorithm. Secondly, a bi-level optimization model of partition power balance is constructed. The upper model achieves the optimal revenue of regional operators by optimizing the time-of-use electricity price, and the lower model promotes the local consumption of new energy by optimizing the energy storage capacity. The demand response and energy storage coordination optimization are used to improve the power balance ability of the distribution network, so as to improve the power balance ability of the whole network. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified based on an example of distribution network.
