Integration and Configuration of LDPC IP Cores in FPGAs
Low-density parity check (LDPC) coding is an efficient error-correction coding technique that is widely used in modern wireless communication systems, especially excelling in high signal-to-noise ratio environments. With the increased demand for high-speed data transmission and low latency in wireless communications, LDPC coding has become a key technique to improve the performance of communication systems. In this paper, we discuss the integration and configuration of LDPC IP cores in FPGAs, focus on the integration strategy to implement the LDPC encoding and decoding process on FPGA platforms, propose an optimized integration scheme, and validate its effectiveness in 5G applications through tests. The study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of LDPC coding in future FPGA designs, and to promote the wide application of this technology in the field of wireless communications.
