SURGICAL AND REFRACTIVE OUTCOMES OF A NOVEL MODIFIED SCLERA-FIXATED RAYNER INTRAOCULAR LENS USING GORE-TEX SUTURE
The novel modified scleral fixation technique was safe with transient and tolerable complications. The study observed an average myopic shift 0.81 D in refractive outcomes.
