Analysis of porosity and microhardness of tungsten-free hard alloys made on basis of electroerosion powders obtained by processing of TN20 alloy waste by electroerosion dispersion in water
The results of research aimed at analyzing the porosity and microhardness of tungsten-free hard alloys made on the basis of electroerosive powders obtained by processing waste of the TN20 alloy by electroerosive dispersion in water are presented. It has been experimentally established that the investigated tungsten-free hard alloy has a grain size of about 0.58 microns, a microhardness of about 11 GPa, while the pore area does not exceed 0.03 %.
