The Role of Regulatory Factors in the Adoption of Cloud Computing: An Applied Study in a Sample of Islamic Banks in Iraq

The aim of the research is to show the impact of organizational factors with their combined dimensions (top management support, technological readiness) on the adoption of cloud computing in Islamic banks in Iraq. The descriptive analytical approach (quantitative) was used, the simple probability sample method, the primary data was collected through the questionnaire, the research sample amounted to 103 managers in the general administration, and it was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the program SPSS V.23. The results showed that there is a weak significant (direct) correlation between organizational factors in their combined dimensions and cloud computing at a significance level of 0.05, an effect of organizational factors in their significant combined dimensions on cloud computing at a significance level of 0.05, and a significant direct significant effect of the technological readiness dimension on cloud computing. The researchers recommend the need to enhance Internet connectivity at high speeds to ensure smooth performance of cloud services, train employees on the use and management of cloud computing environments, launch incentive programs to encourage digital innovation within banks, and employ IT specialists to support digital transformation in the banking sector.

The descriptive analytical approach (quantitative) was used, the simple probability sample method, the primary data was collected through the questionnaire, the research sample amounted to 103 managers in the general administration, and it was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the program SPSS V.23.
