MASS FABRICATION OF PDMS DEVICES BY INJECTION MOLDING

This study investigates the use of industrial-grade polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) for the mass production of microfluidic chips through injection molding.Results demonstrate similar properties to conventional soft lithography using Sylgard PDMS, albeit with an enhanced experimental reproducibility.
