IMPEDANCE-MASS DUAL FLOW CYTOMETRY FOR MULTI-MODAL SINGLE CELL ANALYSIS
Single cell analysis has gained widespread attention in biological and clinical research 1 , with latest efforts on the comprehensive characterization methods of cellular bio-physical and bio-chemical properties.Existing methods typically focus on either one, lacking the platform for both characterization, let alone correlation analysis of both.To bridge this gap, we reported a cell processing and detection system for electrical and metabolic characterization at TAS 2023 with oral presentation 2 .However, this method was cell population-wise, not for a single cell.Hereby, we propose a label-free dual flow cytometry framework integrated impedance and mass spectrometry (MS) analysis of the same cell, collecting electrical, mechanical and metabolic properties at the single-cell level.
