TOWARDS A MULTIPLEXED HORMONAL SENSING MICROFLUIDIC PLATFORM: DEVELOPMENT OF A NOVEL ELECTROCHEMICAL APTASENSOR FOR THE DETECTION OF LUTEINISING HORMONE
Patients undergoing fertility treatments often have to go through frequent blood tests to monitor hormone levels, which could be stressful and time-consuming.In this work, we introduce a novel electrochemical aptasensor for Luteinising Hormone (LH) detection on a microfluidic device.Preliminary results on microchannel platinum microelectrodes showed promising sensitivity and reproducibility, demonstrating the potential towards a portable multiplexed hormone sensing platform.
