Decision-making in the production chain of a firm based on a dynamic planning model with backward recursion
The inspection of spare parts and finished products in current production processes often struggles to meet the demands of various production scenarios. To minimize production costs across different situations, this paper examines six production scenarios. Using a dynamic programming model, we optimize the cost-minimization goal through an inverse recursive solution for the four phases of enterprise production. The paper analyzes whether to inspect parts and finished products and whether to disassemble nonconforming products at each stage of production under different conditions.
