Construction of Green Management System for Engineering Projects in Hainan

The construction and application of a green management system for engineering projects based on the concept of sustainable development can effectively reduce the environmental and resource losses caused by the construction industry. Based on the regional characteristics of Hainan, the paper constructs a green management committee composed of all parties involved in engineering projects and clarifies its main responsibilities. Around the four principles of green management, different management measures are taken to achieve green management goals throughout the entire life cycle of engineering projects, achieving dynamic green management. This provides a theoretical reference for promoting and implementing green management systems in Hainan region and provides suggestions for enterprises and government departments to standardize the development direction of green management in engineering projects.
