Resilience Assessment of Real Estate Development Enterprises Based on the Theory of Resilience and the AHP-MARCOS Method
Organizational resilience management of real estate development enterprises is of great significance to alleviate the impact brought by the downturn of China’s construction industry. Firstly, with the help of the theory of resilience, an evaluation index system of organizational resilience was constructed from the adaptability, resilience, and transformation capability. This index system emphasized how the real estate development enterprise organizations experience adversity and recover from it through learning and growth and even become stronger. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of each index. Finally, a resilience evaluation model based on the Measurement of Alternative and Ranking to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) was constructed. In addition, Poly (Wuhan) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was selected as a case study. Case studies have shown that the company demonstrates good organizational resilience, with a particular emphasis on resilience management, which aligns closely with the actual situation. This validates the applicability and feasibility of the research methods discussed in this article.
