Research on Incremental Cost Management of Prefabricated Buildings Based on DEMATEL-ISM
Our country is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings, but the high cost of prefabricated buildings has been hindering its development. In order to promote prefabricated buildings, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings and obtains 18 influencing factors. Through the analysis model of DEMATEL-ISM method, the hierarchical structure relationship between each factor is determined. The results show that the influencing factors are divided into five levels, with assembly capacity, relevant standards and norms, and relevant national policies as the fundamental influencing factors. The management level of construction site is the deep factor. The standardization level of component design, the standardization level of mold, and the application level of information technology are the middle-level factors. The manufacturing precision of component, the rationality of component production plan, and the scale of production of manufacturer are shallow factors. Mold turnover rate and hoisting scheme are surface factors. According to the analysis results, some suggestions on controlling the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings are put forward to provide a reference for the development of prefabricated buildings.
