Research on the Way to Cultivate Digital Talents in Construction Enterprises

In the era of digital economy, the digital transformation of construction enterprises is imperative. The quantity and quality of digital talents have become a serious constraint on the high-quality development of the construction industry. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct a theoretical demand analysis on the professional competency of digital talents in the construction industry and find out the influencing factors of digital talents in construction enterprises. Based on expert interviews and practical experience, the competency model of digital talents is constructed from six dimensions: professional knowledge and skills, general ability, work performance and personal characteristics, career awareness and career planning, professional quality, and digital level. Cov-AHP method is adopted to test the model and conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. It provides a new idea for the training of digital talents in construction enterprises.
