Research on the Integration Strategy of Rural Culture and Tourism in Dalian from the Perspective of Art Empowerment: A Case Study of Luoxiawan Park in Yangquan Village, Dalian

As a new development mode, rural cultural tourism integration has been attracting much attention under the promotion of China’s rural revitalization strategy. Based on the ESG system, the study is conducted with the specific case of Dalian Luoxiawan Park, aiming at exploring the strategy of Dalian rural culture and tourism integration under the perspective of art empowerment. The article analyzes the current situation of Dalian rural cultural resources and tourism development, summarizes some of the problems existing in the rural construction of Dalian, and discusses the design strategy for the management of the integrated development of cultural resources and tourism-based villages in response to the relevant problems. Finally, the actual design project of the research team is used as support to provide a referable idea and direction for the subsequent development of Dalian’s rural culture and tourism.
