Mechanical Mechanism of a Post-Grouting Pile
The bored piles are widely used in engineering, but there is also a lack of understanding of the mechanical mechanism of post-grouting technology, design, and calculations based on the experience. FLAC3D finite element software is used, analyzing axial force, pile lateral friction, and pile end resistance to improve the carrying performance. Simulation data and field test QS curves are almost consistent, verifying that the model is correct. Contrasting the not-grouting pile with grouting pile, it is found that the limit lateral friction and end resistance of grouting pile have significantly increased in the maximum loads.
