Analysis of Influencing Factors of Private Enterprises’ Participation in Building Waste Resource Utilization Construction Projects
As one of the important directions of social sustainable development, encouraging the participation of private enterprises in construction waste resource utilization can not only alleviate the financial pressure of the government but also promote the scale development of the industry and improve the utilization rate of construction waste resource utilization. This paper extracts 15 influencing factors affecting private enterprises’ participation in construction projects of construction waste resource utilization through literature reading and uses DEMATEL-ISM to analyze the causal relationship and hierarchical structure among the factors. It is found that low willingness to use recycled products, high cost of resource utilization, difficulty in enterprise land use, and low level of resource utilization technology and equipment are the key factors affecting the participation of private enterprises in construction waste resource utilization and construction projects. Finally, suggestions are made based on the analysis results to provide a reference for improving the investment willingness of private enterprises.
