Resilience Evaluation of PC Component Supply Chain Based on Supplier Enterprise Perspective
Enhancing the resilience of the prefabricated building PC component supply chain holds significant importance. This paper, from the perspective of PC component suppliers, identifies and establishes an evaluation system for the resilience of the PC component supply chain. It employs the order relation analysis (G1) method and Criteria Important Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method for subjective and objective weighting, respectively, and integrates cloud model theory to establish a model for evaluating the resilience of the PC component supply chain. Using a PC component supplier in Wuhan as a case study, empirical analysis reveals that the resilience evaluation level of this enterprise’s PC component supply chain is commendable. Based on the evaluation results, corresponding management optimization suggestions are proposed. This study aims to provide new insights for enhancing the management capabilities of PC component supply chain resilience for relevant enterprises, thereby promoting sustainable and healthy development within the prefabricated building industry.
