Collaborative Management of Prefabricated Building Supply Chains Based on BIM-RFID
Traditional management of prefabricated construction suffers from issues, including inadequate inter-organizational communication, disconnected operating processes, and a lack of real-time project status understanding, which can adversely affect project delivery. However, the prefabricated construction management mode based on supply chain can effectively improve the synergy of all the Parties. This paper puts forward the idea of taking the construction enterprise as the leading party of the supply chain from the perspective of collaborative optimization of component procurement plan, transportation plan, and installation plan, establishes a collaborative planning model of procurement-transportation-assembly based on the goal planning theory, and constructs the framework of the plan management decision support system integrating BIM-RFID technology, which is aimed to solve the problem of the schedule delay caused by the poor collaboration in the assembly construction supply chain management. Finally, the effectiveness of this approach is validated through a typical case study, demonstrating its ability to achieve efficient collaboration among stakeholders and enhance the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.
