Study on the Influencing Factors of Mine Environmental Treatment Effect from Stakeholder Perspective

This paper intends to study the influencing factors of mine environmental treatment effect, quantify the importance of the influencing factors and the causal relationship, so as to provide a basis for the evaluation and selection of governance programs. Firstly, a list of stakeholder-oriented influencing factors is formed based on fuzzy set theory. Secondly, SNA is used to construct the network model of influencing factors of mine environmental treatment and analyze the network of influencing factors from the whole and individual perspectives, respectively. Finally, key influencing factors are identified and governance measures are proposed for their stakeholders. The case identified nine key influencing factors, and the control effect of the influencing factors was tested. The test results showed that the interaction between the influencing factors was significantly reduced. By exploring the correlation of factors influencing the effectiveness of mine environmental treatment, it provides theoretical support for stakeholders to make management strategies.
