Analysis of Influencing Factors of Adding Elevators to Old Neighborhoods Based on ISM-AHP
Installing elevators in old neighborhoods is an important livelihood project that can improve the quality of life of residents, but the current promotion work is slow. This paper adopts an interpretive structure model (ISM) to analyze the inner relationship of 22 influencing factors of installing elevators in old districts, and constructs a three-order structural model; according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weights of the influencing factors are calculated to obtain the maximum weight percentage. The results show that the government factor is the deep influencing factor, and the government’s investment strength, residents’ share ratio, approval procedures, and requirements are at the top of the total weight ranking, which are the main influencing factors. Finally, corresponding solution measures are given for these factors to provide a theoretical basis for accelerating the project of adding elevators to old neighborhoods.
