Research on Influencing Factors of BIM Learning Stickiness in Higher Education Based on SEM

BIM talents as a key factor in the digital transformation of the construction industry, and learning stickiness directly affects the quality of BIM talent training. The paper constructs a structural equation model (SEM) of the factors influencing BIM learning stickiness from the perspective of college students and conducts an empirical study using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that perceived usefulness and satisfaction have significant positive direct effects on BIM learning stickiness; expectation confirmation has a significant positive indirect effect on BIM learning stickiness through perceived usefulness and satisfaction; perceived ease of use has a positive indirect effect on BIM learning stickiness through perceived usefulness, while perceived ease of use has a non-significant effect on satisfaction. Based on this conclusion, recommendations for enhancing BIM learning stickiness are proposed.
