DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR CIVIL PROTECTION AND ECONOMIC RECOVERY: RESEARCH PRIORITIES AND CHALLENGES
The article examines digital transformations in the context of civil protection and economic recovery. Digital technologies are becoming a key tool for enhancing crisis response efficiency, public safety monitoring, and contributing to post-war economic recovery. Modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, and blockchain play a crucial role in ensuring national security and sustainable development. Special attention is given to the analysis of publications in the Scopus database from 1970 to 2024, demonstrating a rapid increase in scientific interest in digital transformations. The main research areas were identified, and eight thematic clusters were formed, covering key aspects of digitalization, cybersecurity, business processes, Industry 4.0, and innovative development. The role of digital technologies in economic recovery after the war is examined, including business support, innovation development, resource optimization, and the stimulation of new employment forms. The use of digital platforms and e-governance is analyzed, significantly improving citizens' access to public services and information. Digital transformations contribute to expanding opportunities for sustainable development, increasing economic competitiveness, and ensuring its flexibility in the face of modern challenges. The authors emphasize the need for further research on digital transformations and their impact on national security and the socio-economic development of Ukraine.
