With the increasing tension of building land and the increase of water-related projects, the application of pile foundation in the field of engineering construction is becoming more and more extensive. As a part of the foundation project, its construction quality is not only related to whether the subsequent project can be carried out normally but also has a significant impact on the service life of the superstructure. This paper takes the key points of quality control of pile foundation project as the entry point, summarizes and reviews the research hotspots of quality management of pile foundation project in recent years, and looks forward to the development trend of quality control of pile foundation project under the background of informationization era, so as to provide a reference for the management practice of pile foundation project.
