Development of electron beam welding of large-sized parts in PJSC "UEC-Saturn"

The results of the use of electron beam welding technologies in PJSC "UEC-Saturn" in the creation of monolithic gas turbine engine products are presented. The design and capabilities of the new TETA 60E2500 installation, which has unique capabilities for welding of large-sized assemblies made of special alloys, repairing products and welding defects, are described.
