The Challenges of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management and Future Development Trends

Objective:With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Resource Management (HRM) is undergoing significant changes, especially in training and learning management. This study explores AI’s challenges and strategies in HRM, focusing on how cross-sector collaboration and resource integration can drive sustainable development, aligning with the SDGs' emphasis on technological innovation and global cooperation. Theoretical Framework:The study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), examining how perceived usefulness and ease of use influence AI application in HRM, while integrating resource integration and collaborative innovation from the SDGs. Method:A qualitative approach is used, analyzing corporate case studies and literature to explore successful AI applications and challenges in HRM. Results and Discussion:AI improves employee training through personalized learning and real-time monitoring. However, challenges like technology dependency and data privacy remain. Companies need to balance technology with human-centered management for long-term growth. Research Implications:Practical recommendations help integrate AI with traditional methods, promoting efficiency and supporting SDGs. Originality/Value:The study bridges research gaps on AI’s impact on employee well-being and career satisfaction in HRM and proposes strategies aligned with SDG goals, providing value to both academia and practice.
