Optimization of a remote infrared human temperature meter
The optimization problem of an infrared human body temperature meter is formulated and solved. The group measurements modes of the object’s temperature by using an infrared meter are considered. Two measurement modes are analyzed: measurements at several points and measurements of the temperature of points from several distances. It is determined that the total minimum measurement error is achieved under the condition of measuring higher temperatures from a greater distance. Keywords temperature measurement, optimization, infrared meter, radiation therapy, distance meter
