Reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class. The assessments inform nonbinding recommendations that help guide the reimbursement decisions of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec. This review assesses enfortumab vedotin (Padcev), 10 mg per mL (single-dose vials containing 20 mg and 30 mg of enfortumab vedotin), lyophilized powder for solution for IV infusion. Indication: In combination with pembrolizumab, for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer with no prior systemic therapy for metastatic urothelial cancer.
