Research on Residents' Cognition and Purchase Decision of New Energy Vehicles under the "Dual Carbon" Goal——Based on the survey in Anhui Province

With the official proposal of the "dual carbon" target at the 75th United Nations General Assembly in China, the electric vehicle industry has become an emerg-ing industry that cannot be ignored in the context of "dual carbon". The devel-opment of electric vehicles, especially under the "dual carbon" target, has sig-nificant theoretical significance and practical value for the research and analysis of the penetration status of new energy vehicles in small and medium-sized cit-ies and rural areas. This issue has received high attention and importance from scholars in various fields and professions internationally, and has achieved cer-tain research results.
