Realizing high energy storage performance in (Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 ) 0.7 Sr 0.3 TiO 3 ceramics <i>via</i> phase structure adjustment

In this paper, the 0.95BNST–0.05LMN ceramic exhibit decent ESP, with a recoverable W rec of 7.26 J cm −3 , and an energy storage efficiency ( η ) of 85.54%, as well as excellent temperature and frequency stability.
