Current trends in the implementation of dairy product labeling

The article discusses the issues of determining trends in the sequence of implementation of the completed stages of labeling dairy products. The author includes such trends as a systematic transition from voluntary actions to mandatory elements, increasing the responsibility of manufacturers for the quality of products, routine labeling actions, and legal regulation of the labeling process.
