Selection of rational technology for producing of sheet stamping laufring under АО NPO "BelMag" conditions

One of the key indicators determining the quality of suspension ball joints and steering ball joints of cars in operation, according to the requirements of technical specifications of car manufacturers and data from operation, is the tightness of the ball joint, which depends on the quality of the sealing system. An innovative sealing system with a laufring made of stainless steel is developed. This solution is described and implemented by specialists of AO NPO "BelMag". Possible technological solutions that allow the implementation of the production of a laufring, as well as the choice of the most rational solution are considered.
