Models and methods of social and ecological development in the conditions of automation and robotization of rural areas of mountainous territories

Introduction. Automation and robotization of the agricultural sector are powerful tools that can lead to significant changes in the socio-economic and environmental development of agriculture in mountainous areas. At the same time, in the process of mass use of these technologies, various scenarios are predicted, both positive (economic efficiency, resource conservation, improvement of the environmental situation, etc.) and negative (changes in the structure of labor resources, social tension, etc.). In the process of the research, methods of operational diagnostic, statistical and system analysis were used, which are based on a more detailed study of a specific region by its main characteristics. This study examines the basic principles of sustainable development of mountainous areas, taking into account the integration of robotic and automated technologies and their direct impact on socio-ecological and economic factors. The purpose of the scientific work is to identify the degree of influence of the introduction of automated and robotic technologies on the process of sustainable development of the region, as well as reducing the socio-ecological and economic consequences of this process. The “smart agriculture” model is based on the principles of data integration, automation, smart technologies, and sustainable development. The use of smart agriculture elements, such as monitoring, spraying, harvesting with the help of intelligent robotic systems, solves many production problems and helps to increase the competitiveness of products through resource conservation, as well as minimizing the influence of the human factor on the work process.
