Eco-trail design (using the example of the village of Aya) as a fundamental concept for creating tourist route networks in Altai

Introduction. The purpose of the study: Designing a hiking trail as a fundamental concept for creating tourist route networks. Tasks: 1) analysis of information sources; 2) identification of objects of tourist interest in the area of the village of Aya; 3) optimizing the tourist flow to the route network for optimal timing; 4) analyze routes from the point of view of accessibility and duration. Materials and Methods. Methods of mapping and modeling are used. Research stages: 1) identification of objects of tourist interest in the area of the village of Aya: Babyrgan Mountain, Lake Aya, Devil’s Finger rock, Camel Mountain and Silver Key spring; 2) optimization of tourist flow directions in the route network for more optimal timing when visiting objects of tourist interest; 3) route planning by accessibility, length and duration. Results. A route networkmap has been developed; the territories of tourist routes are analyzed by distance, slope, route profiles; The travel time is calculated. The developed routes comply with GOST-R 70586–2022. Discussion. The route takes into account: 1) risk of injury; 2) fire hazard; 3) hydro meteorological hazards; 4) biological hazard;5) environmental, radiation and toxicological hazards; 6) criminogenic danger. Conclusion. In the course of the work, an analysis of information sources was carried out, objects of tourist interest were identified, the directions of tourist flow in the route network were optimized, and routes were analyzed in terms of accessibility, length and duration in the form of terrain profiles. Resume. Three-dimensional modeling allows you to analyze the terrain and vegetation in detail, which, in turn, helps to optimize routes taking into account the interests of tourists and nature conservation. This approach allows for the implementation of interactive maps that provide information about places of interest.
